Mill & Mortar sources dried garlic from Southern Italy for that addictive garlic bite. It has a roasted sweetness that works beautifully with black pepper. Black garlic from Cordoba adds richness, tang and lingering umami.

The blend includes two types of pepper: black pepper from Sri Lanka and mild red chilli pepper from Spain. It’s deeply aromatic with a peppery kick. You can add it while cooking or as a finishing touch before serving.
