Maison Bremond Black Olive Tapenade with Fig, Walnut Balsamic Vingegar of Modena, 100g Best

Maison Bremond’s black olive tapenade is delicious on toasted sourdough and crunchy crostini. The chopped black olives are blended with extra virgin olive oil, figs, walnuts and a dash of balsamic vinegar from Modena. This combination of ingredients gives the spread a distinctive Mediterranean flavour. 

This tapenade is 100% natural, produced without preservatives or additives using a traditional Provençal recipe. It makes a fantastic canapé or light starter, either spread on toast points or baked into flaky puff pastry palmiers. Try spreading it on crostini and topping it with creamy goat’s cheese and a drizzle of honey.

A spoonful of tapenade will add a burst of savoury flavour to pasta sauces, tray bakes, casseroles and dough for bread and pizza. You can also blend it with garlic, olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes to make a Mediterranean-inspired marinade for chicken or fish.
